Information on New England Light &
Grip
New England Light & Grip offers full Lighting and Grip rentals right within Edgewood Studios! From rental of a few items for a television e.n.g. shoot to a fully loaded feature package, NEL&G is your best choice in New England or upstate New York.
Every light is tested and every item is checked to ARA (American Rental Association) and PERA (Production Equipment Rental Association) standards for safety and reliability before rental. You know it will be ready for production when you need it.
IN ADDITION - NEL&G’s equipment has been approved by every major motion picture bond company time and again over the last decade.
SO LETS GET STARTED:
Our grip equipment is new Matthews and American model, while our fixtures are Mole-Richardson, Arri, and LTM type – all of our HMI’s are magnetic ballast.
Experienced Driver/Gaffer/Key Grips are available at reasonable rates.
Through special our association with BUDGET TRUCK RENTALS. All Truck Packages above the Van Package will be supplied with a high quality,10-Point tested, BUDGET Box Truck.
*Truck rentals are priced on request as rates change daily. You can order through us as part of the package, BUT - we recommend you check out and pay on-line for the truck you want directly at: budgettruck.com (if you order on-line you can choose the many variable options such as the levels of insurance applied to the truck, etc.)
Either way we will pick it up and rack it out for you – ready to deliver from NEL&G!
Expendables available on a “Pay as used” basis with deposit. A minimum expendables Use and Loss & Damage Deposit is required with all rentals.
Condor Brackets, Smoke Machines, Flicker Generators, Fans, Heaters, Generators, Construction Man-lifts, and Special Rigging are available on Request. As we are a working studio, we have way too much specialized stuff to list here. If you need something you don’t see, give us a call.
Proof of Insurance with NEL&G listed as Loss Payee is always required. Temporary insurance riders can be obtained directly from NEL&G for small productions. PLEASE read the terms & conditions of rental on the last page of our brochure, on our website, and on all rental contracts.
